Pulled Pork

Remember that great guy Kyle that helped with the washer and dryer? Well, we decided to feed him to thank him for his efforts.

Because he had to use his muscles excessively and it was pretty laborious work, I decided to make him the least labor intensive meal ever, pulled pork sandwiches. That's fair, right?

Here's my recipe if you want to make it from scratch:

Pulled Pork
Serving Size: 5-8?

1-2 lbs. pork loin roast
1/4 cup hot sauce {I used Tapatio}
1 bottle BBQ sauce {I used Kraft Spicy Honey}
1 cup water
salt/pepper
garlic salt

Put every except the pork into a crock pot. Stir everything until it is mixed. Add the pork roast and flip it over a couple of times to be sure the roast is covered in sauce. The sauce will only come up about 1/4-1/2 way up the side of the roast. Cook on medium heat for about 3 hours and then flip. When flipping, check to make sure the sauce is not too thick and that water doesn't need to be added. Cook for another 3 hours or so. Shred up the pork and cook for another 30 minutes. Eat on bread!

The bread in the picture is gluten free bread, and it's funny because both guys preferred the gluten free bread to the regular hamburger buns they had bought!

We also made some potato salad and green beans and it was delicious.
