1. The fact that I can walk into any room of my house and the temperature stays the same. At my old house, the kitchen was like 15 degrees colder than the living room.
2. When Roxanne lays with me and rests her head on my shoulder.
3. The warmth of tea running down my throat.
4. Creating jewelry that turns out beautiful.
5. Curling up on the couch with a long book.
6. Rubbing salve on my sore nose.
7. The excitement Roxi gets when she sees that we're going on a walk.
8. Snickers bars.
9. Salmon, cream cheese and spinach soup that Veronica and I made.
10. Running my sweater in the dryer for a minute and putting it on.
11. Life itself. It's beautiful.
