On Tuesday, the sun was shining and life was good again because the high wasn't 22 degrees, like it had been for a week or two prior. Instead of studying after work and class like I should have, I came home, herded Roxi and Vince into the car, and headed for the mountain. Or rather the base of the mountain because I did actually have to get home to study and didn't have time to go to the top.
It was a nice walk full of good conversation with my husband, cute playing with the dog, and plenty of Vitamin D.
Have you had any great days recently?
Damn, animals love snow. I wish I loved snow as much as your doggy and my cats did. The picture of the trees is really beautiful ^_^ And I love the picture of Roxanne laying on the snow with her tongue poking out! It looks like you had a lovely time =)
ReplyDeleteI love it when it's fresh and fluffy, but when it's all packed and icy I hate it!
DeleteI love it when she lays like that. It's so cute and makes me laugh!
What's that white stuff all over? 57° here and sunshine!
ReplyDeleteIt was sunny and shining last week and is raining today! Apparently we can't decided what season it is...
DeleteThis actually makes me miss Flagstaff a little!
ReplyDeleteI haven't gotten to do anything outside since we've moved here because it's always under 30 degrees with poor air quality! And also because I am fat in the torso region. =P
That sucks about the air quality! At least when it's cold and foggy here it's FRESH air and not smog!!
DeleteWe're a national emergency right now because the air quality is so bad! It's been recommended we spend no more than 15 minutes at a time outdoors too. Not so easy for outdoorsy people!!
DeleteIt looks great and dog looks so happy to be outside, enjoying sun and snow :)
ReplyDeleteYep, she was so happy and in her element!
Delete:) glad to see all is still well!! love the pic of Roxi laying in the snow!!
ReplyDeleteYes! I hope all is well with you, we miss you in blogger land!
